You must provide accurate, complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy & WhatsApp Regulations
You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You specifically agree not to:
- Send unsolicited bulk communications, spam, or unlawful marketing messages via WhatsApp.
- Violate Meta / WhatsApp Business Terms of Service or Commerce Policies.
- Distribute deceptive, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of our infrastructure.
5. Subscriptions, Fees & Quotas
AISimplyAgent offers subscription plans with specific usage allowances (such as contact limits, FAQ limits, and monthly message quotas). Exceeding these limits may require upgrading your subscription tier. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly required by applicable law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISimplyAgent and its parent service ai.tuapp.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, WhatsApp phone number disconnections by Meta, or loss of business data.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AISimplyAgent immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
