User Data Deletion Instructions

At AISimplyAgent (operated by ai.tuapp.org), we value your privacy and provide transparent controls to manage, disconnect, or permanently delete your account and associated business data.
In compliance with Meta Facebook Login and GDPR platform requirements, below are the instructions detailing how you can request the full removal of your personal and WhatsApp integration data from our systems.
Option 1: Disconnect WhatsApp Integration (Self-Service)
If you wish to stop AI automation and remove your linked phone line without deleting your account:
- Log into your AISimplyAgent Workspace.
- Navigate to the Settings tab in the sidebar navigation menu.
- Locate the WhatsApp Connection Status section.
- Click Disconnect WhatsApp and confirm your choice in the modal.
This immediately terminates active WhatsApp session tokens and stops all message processing.
Option 2: Permanent Account & Data Deletion
To request a complete and permanent deletion of your account, workspace configuration, stored FAQs, lead records, and authentication tokens:
Send a Data Deletion Request via Email:
Send an email to: support@aisimplyagent.com
Subject: Account & Data Deletion Request - [Your Workspace Name]
Include in the message body: Your registered Google account email address and your Company/Workspace Name.
Our data protection team will verify your request and permanently delete all your data within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Option 3: Remove Facebook/Meta App Permissions
If you authenticated via Facebook or connected Meta Business WhatsApp Cloud API and wish to revoke app access directly from Meta:
- Go to your Facebook Profile Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Select Apps and Websites from the left sidebar.
- Search for AISimplyAgent.
- Click Remove to revoke all future access.
What Happens When Data is Deleted?
Upon completing your data deletion request:
- Your account, authentication tokens, and user credentials are removed.
- Your trained FAQ knowledge base entries and chatbot system prompts are erased.
- Captured lead records and conversation logs stored in your workspace are permanently purged.
- All active API connections to WhatsApp engines are revoked.
